How do I place an order?
It is really simple to place an order on our webshop. All you have to do is to go to the "Online Store" tab and put the desired products in your Shopping bag. Finally navigate to your shopping bag, click "Check Out" and follow the steps on the screen.

Payment & shipping
Our webshop supports two forms of payment: PayPal and iDeal. Choose the one that fits you the most.
We ship worldwide, therefore different shipping fees may apply. See below:

Minimum order amount
The minimum order amount is 25€.

Returns & refunds
In case you are not satisfied with our products you can return them to our adress within 14 days after the product was sent to your adress and we will send you a refund afterwards.

Do I need an original charger for my Ndassie Firefly™ and Ndassie MINI™?
It is recommended to use the original charger provided by Ndassie to prevent damage of the device. The original chargers make sure that your Ndassie Firefly™ or Ndassie MINI™ will work perfectly within its lifespan.
